I think I may have a problem with gambling, what can I do?
For most people gambling is fun and entertaining but we also realise that gambling can be addictive and there is a risk you could develop an addiction. For a minority of gamblers, it becomes problematic once they spend more time and money than they can afford on gambling.

- Set appropriate limits. You can set (deposit, wager, loss, session time) limits by contacting our customer support.
- Request Self-exclusion. If you find yourself not be able to control your gambling, organize a period of longer statutory break, known as a self-exclusion. Please contact our customer support to place it for you. What happens when my self-exclusion period is up?
Your account will automatically unblock when any self-exclusion period expires.
Can I cancel my self-exclusion?
If you are really sure that you want to cancel your self-exclusion, you can contact our support to take a positive action to gamble again. You will be given 24 hours cooling off period before you can access gambling facilities.
I’ve emailed the Support Team, but haven’t heard anything back. What’s going on?
We aim to respond to most inquiries within 72 hours. If your inquiry requires a detailed investigation, please be patient as it may take a bit longer to get a response.
